      Nothing great with ZF ITC Hyderabad

      Cons

      1. The managers won't bother about the work. But they bother about how much time employee has stayed in the company. If employee doesn't have work also they should stay inside with wasting their and others time. 2. All the managers are from service based companies and don't know how to work with counterparts. 3. HR department with so many people. But no good policies. Even for claiming a small bill you have to go to them several times. 4. If you want to take printout, you have to swipe your card at the printer 5. Stupid policies. No freedom for employee.

      Pay is like fast food pay but you work around explosives and no profit sharing

      Pros

      It's a job and not a career. Paid weekly.

      Cons

      They hire anyone off the street. With that said and the low pay, no profit sharing and no balance work/life schedule you feel no pride working there. Techs and up are over paid and the operators are only paid $12-$14
