      Good benefits and can make good friends. can take classes to advance training

      Cons

      Everything is the assembly's fault and there is so much overtime you do have family time. Hard work don't get noticed and if u kiss butt you get farther.

      Maintenance Technician

      Pros

      The money was good. I made well over 70k a year. Some guys were making 100k that have been there a while. Double time on Sundays was nice. Had an excellent and very knowledgeable maintenance crew.

      Cons

      Night shift 6-7 nights a week. Didn't have much of a life outside of work. They don't let you know if you are working Saturday until Friday night.

      1) Great R&D team with room to incorporate undergraduate skills. 2) Excellent tasks allocation for current academic level and experience. 3) Given 3rd party training many times. 4) Given chance to participate as a developer in large-scale projects. 5) Amazing communications with team and Chief Engineer.

      Cons

      There were hardly any flaws in any aspect of my placement whilst there.
