      Pros

      Everyone in the workplace is highly motivated, and want to help each other succeed even when it does not benefit them individually. Upper management is completely open door, and want to help or answer questions whenever possible. Training is thorough and lengthy as long as an employee feels they need it.

      Cons

      Tasks can be dauntingly repetitive and unchanging. Job quickly becomes a daily routine with little variety and innovation.

      Pros

      The thing I like most about ZF is that they only expand/invest if they have the cash to back it up. They make wise business choices and have a vision for the future that seems reachable and makes sense.

      Cons

      As ZF is wise with money, I feel that salary/benefits suffer a little. When comparing to similar tier 1 suppliers for similar jobs, I find my salary/benefits slightly lower. As a result, we often lose good talent.
