Since joining ZIM nearly 5 years ago, the company continues to evolve and grow in positive direction. Due to financial success, it is clear the resources continue to be re-invested toward employees, systems and general company improvement (e.g. state of art office facilities). Additionally, the management structure is among best group I’ve work for in my career. From HR to Country President, full support is provided to myself which allows me to pass the same to my entire team. As one of its key company values, ZIM truly embodies the idea of “togetherness.” Advancement opportunity is also widely available. Personally, within 4 years of working for ZIM I was recognized for my service and promoted accordingly to management.
