      Pros

      They’ve put real effort into making our experience better. There are always fun events happening, and HR has rolled out some great programs that actually feel meaningful. Even the way they communicate, through eye-catching flyers, shows that the company is putting genuine energy behind it all. Overall I love my job and my manager is very supportive and flexible.

      Cons

      The pay could be higher and more WFH. They claim to benchmark salaries against the market, but honestly that’s doing the bear minimum. Why are you looking at the market? Many employers underpay their employees and the market is not a trustworthy benchmark. They should strive to pay us better than the market if you want to stay competitive. Many have left working at ZIM because CMA our rival has much better pay.

      - Good WLB - Nice office - Good employee benefits

      Cons

      - Things move super slow in IT - Too many pointless meetings - The pay is low for IT specialists and the raises are tenure based, and not performance based.
