      Pros

      The time off and the relationships built while I was there with some of the employees When I 1st started with this company in 2007 I had one of the best managers and my time there I can honestly say there were only a handful that were great

      Cons

      Management was able to talk to and treat employees with disrespect and no consequences for their actions (maybe behind closed doors they were talked to ) but the fact that the behavior was able to continue was not right. They also lacked training

      great people Cafeteria salary - not too bad exposed to interesting matters

      Cons

      almost impossible to get promoted if you are not related to higher ranks need to know basis - very anoying no salary raise the company is on the verge of bankropcy for the last 10 years and it feels like the grounf is unstable
