      Have really enjoyed ZIM so far. I was coming over from another ocean carrier and was warmly welcomed by the existing team membes.

      Pros

      Team morale in Exports is Top Tier. I truly enjoy coming to work daily and learning something new every day. To come into the shipping industry from a Hospitality background merged seamlessly. Daily I am able to apply transferable skills which allow me to do my job so well. My Manager Shawynee is an amaZing leader who provides feedback for growth and development. The company schedules a food truck most Thursdays which is great and a decent variety of food options. We are offered 1 remote day per week as long as stats and goals are met.
