      Pros

      ZIM is a wonderful company to work for. They are focused on always becoming a better employer and a better supplier. They have competitive salaries and they are always promoting within. Lots of opportunities to advance. Their benefits are excellent and they always find a way to make each and every one of us feel appreciated. I definitely recommend working here as you will gain lots of experience in the field and you never know where you'll go as the possibilities are endless!

      Systems are a little outdated but the company is working on improvement everyday.
