Pros

The pay was decent and initially the benefits were good but those kept getting worse and worse and pay raises were not a thing a couple of years. Oh pros... don't remember many other than the other employees were cool.

Cons

Atmosphere is pretty much Haifa rules even when they're wrong. The CEO loves things to look pretty even if it is merely a gold plated turd he has to make it look pretty. They don't spend their money wisely investing in the future by upgrading technology at pace with the tech world instead opting for glamor and Shiney things.
