This is fairly common to the international logistics industry but communication channels as there are language barriers and time zone differentials that obscure the flow or progress of work. There is virtually no training program or rather at least for my role (albeit it is only myself and one other individual who share this job title in the entire office) Very unorganized and care-free environment to a degree where actions such as bringing your child/spouse to work randomly feels as if encouraged, There is a heavy sense of favoritism to a handful of people here, furthermore there is a strong "clique" culture ingrained in the company dynamics. A potential threat of racism as minorities in the office are often made to feel uncomfortable in and outside the office.

Needs training for new employees, a better administration and guidance, patience in the environment. Better salary, recognition and worker escalation. Maybe some benefits as parking and private insurance.
