All the fun of a start up without most of the stress and uncertainty. Zoll will interview a candidate then discuss best team placement, versus interviewing FOR a specific team. Zoll is also very focused on who you are rather than what you know.
Cons
A lot of hurry up and wait with shifting/changing priorities, which seems commone in general.
