      Pros

      Zoll is a wonderful and understanding company. It is genuinely one of the better places to work. There are lots of opportunities and amazing leadership in every department.

      Cons

      Breaking off temp agencies and getting hired on can be a process, but even still if you prove your self (or get hired on directly), it is worth it.
