Cons

Product preference by customers is cost driven & subjective. Difficult to differentiate technology from competition offerings. Corporate cultural is old school, slow to change. Customer service struggles to maintain highest standards of support. Holds higher value on its clinical technology than the ever changing customer or market technology trends.
