Pros
Great company that is loyal to its employees. Full of great people who are dedicated to building products that save lives. The company continues to grow tremendously and will be stable long term.
Cons
The office is going through a complete upgrade during the pandemic, which is great as it was looking very, very dated. Overall, the company is making strides towards improving themselves inside and out, but there are still many things about ZOLL that are quite traditional and outdated compared to the majority of companies in 2021. Additionally, the company needs to make greater strides in diversity of new hires, leadership, and upper management, and needs to look to revamp their entire benefits package to be more competitive.
