Most of the markets for existing products are stagnant or shrinking, so the company has struggled with budget to hire and keep good engineers. There are a ton of existing products/software, so major infrastructure or architecture changes take a very long time (years) to implement. Not a good place for the impatient. All of the fun/interesting development on new projects is outsourced because in-house developers are tied to maintaining the existing software. Mobile (iOS/Android) projects have been unfocused and underfunded. The company had a decent start 8 years ago, but then completely stopped for 4 years. It has picked back up in the last year, but very inconsistent. Very little incentive or encouragement for personal or career development. It’s easy to become technically stagnant and stuck working on old projects using old technology. They do offer resources like Udemy or Pluralsight, but any learning is on your own time.

- Management is corrupt and resistant to listening to ideas from new people - Managers make up lies to elevate themselves and denigrate their employees - Intelligence is viewed as a threat, company pretends to want to hear your ideas to improve the product and then insults you when you offer helpful suggestions - Monotonous drudgery, this is not the company for anyone innovative - No chance of appreciation - Company has a F RATING ON THE BBB (Patients have a lot of negative things to report)
