ZOLL's products help save lives and the employees take this mission to heart. Everyone is so committed to the work we do and at this time, especially, I could not be more proud of this company.

Cons

Investments are in the products and technology of the products. Office space and other niceties are not top of the line.

The product is fairly well-made, and typically works

Cons

No chance to advance (supervisors and above mostly hired from the outside) or move around the company if you are not favored by management. Horrible direction from management as well as senior management. No new product in over 10 years for a tech company seems absurd as does the fact that the initial issues after first release are still the same issues. Senior management remains stagnant and unmoving. Appears to just be maintaining the status quo.
