      High pay, good bonuses, flexible lifestyle

      Cons

      Upper management does not know what goes on or listen to low level issues. Company too big to know what's going on and has too many inefficient processes. Not really anywhere to go as far as promotions.

      Pros

      Working at ZOLL LifeVest in Pittsburgh has been a great opportunity to develop my skills and work on projects that can make a significant difference. The people here always put patient first and encourage cross-functional collaboration to improve the devices we make. Benefits are excellent, especially healthcare.

      Cons

      You will still find typical issues here. Sometimes there's required training, but the training system doesn't let you know that you need to complete it. Budget constraints can be a hassle. Some decisions made in the past by people who don't work here anymore are still in play.
