      Great Work Environment

      Pros

      Like many here, I started as a co-op and joined full time after graduation. It's a great environment to work in and everyone in R&D seems to have a shared level of appreciation and respect.

      Cons

      No sick days. They are taken from the same bank as PTO. Although if you don't get sick the PTO is pretty dang good.

      Positive workplace culture with the company's strong emphasize on employee health & wellness. Company offers many different opportunities to grow within the respective positions and career development. Cross collaboration amongst all different division is amazing.
