Pros

You get to be part of a company that does really important work. Even if you don't actually make or sell the products, you know you are part of a company whose products truly save lives. People at ZOLL are genuinely nice and caring people who work hard. Not everyone, but most people are the kind of people you would enjoy spending time with even if you didn't have to work together. Very few people around who would be like the slackers on a group project at school - almost all care about what they do and want to do their best.

Cons

Can be a bit out of touch with the times. Lots of the "charm" of doing things the old fashioned way is lost when you are the size of ZOLL.
