Pros
Lets you work as much overtime as you see fit, and I've got some really great coworkers.
Cons
High turn-over rate. I've worked at some pretty bad places in my time, but I've never seen a place with a rate this high anywhere else! I'd say that its way above 50%, then again, I'm not in HR. Hardly anybody in any leadership position will listen to concerns. No way to move up in the chain if you're not well connected with the managers, but they will and DO hop you from station to station at the drop of a hat with little to no notice for you, your line lead nor the poor soul your switching with.
