Great access to the Hospital, and Staff at the accounts.

Cons

Territory way too small. Very difficult to expand. Insurance companies are difficult to gain payments for. You never know how you are getting paid.

Software systems archaic but they have been making improvements. No bonus structure for employees but management does.
