Pros
It is a very stable work environment and schedule. The company is growing and expanding. The benefits are sufficient. it's a good job for gaining experience.
Cons
The management could be be better. There is little to no communication. The implementation of new work procedures are very inefficient and not very well thought out. There's also not a lot of incentive or positive reinforcement.
