      Job security.....There is a very low turnover rate of employees. Many technicians stay with the company for many years.

      Cons

      Temporary employees are kept as that for entirely too long!! Typically you think of a 90 day probationary period, but it is not uncommon for them to keep people as temporary employees for over 1 year or even longer!!

      The longevity of this company is still up in the air. You must be willing to take an assignment immediately without much warning.
