      Consistent growth year over year in a stable work environment. Long term career paths are available with good benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Take a minimum of 5 years to be considered one of the company. Like most corporations there is red tape and politics to get things accomplished.

      Good cooperation between most departments. Advancement opportunities exist due to rapid growth. Diverse workforce. Salaries are competitive. Company is willing to hire inexperienced but qualified individuals.

      Cons

      Rapid growth equates to long and sometimes stressful days. Parking is difficult. Not a place for those who dislike change in their daily routines.
