This is the worst healthcare companies I worked for. Limited c&b and they squeeze the maximum out of you and will find reasons for not giving you increment. People are not awarded based on their work and effort but purely on relationship and how you can make the "bosses" happy. Leaders are extremely toxic and creates this highly toxic work environment condoning fake people and their fake behavior. Getting recognized here is all about your political skills, who you know the longest and your relationship with the upper management. Imagine having the Leaders gaslight and threaten employees who voices out and whistle blow. Management and company policies are treating people like they are junior employees always on the watch. HR and compliance are for show - ultimately, why would they bother to do what is right and jeopardize their own career. Beware of those who worked in the company for a very long time, those are the ones you want to avoid!
