Friendly and supportive colleagues and managers. Hybrid. Enjoy the job role itself.

Cons

Salary could be better - currently way below market value for many roles. Makes you want to start looking for greener pastures as just having friendly co-workers won't help pay your bills. Also, work-life balance can be hard during the end and start of new quarters. Time for development opportunities can be limited due to the standard workload of the role.
