Same captical product for ten years in this product segment. Group President although brilliant lacks people skills to grow a sales team. Self absorbed and controlling in every business aspect.

Great salary...cafeteria is pretty good and it's close to Rte. 3

Where to begin...aloof management. Led by people who have been there forever and will never leave or change their mindset. Don't make any suggestions because you're wasting your time. Don't plan on being promoted as you have to wait two years in position in order to change roles, and then you won't be considered anyway. If you're looking for a short-term salary bump, this is the place. Just make sure you get your blood pressure meds before you start...
