It won't take very long to learn there are many reasons not to trust you career to Zoll Circulation in San Jose. The work culture is lazy and uncompromising with improvement. Nobody (engineering & management) shows up to work before 9 am then quitting time is around 3 pm. The place is virtually empty after 4 pm. there is no accountability because of an extreme complacency for incompetency. senior most management have perfected micromanaging relegating technical engineering talent to "bobblehead" followers. They do NOT listen to responsible, technical engineering input or opinion unless you would be labeled "not a team player". The site regulatory compliance is a shell game of hiding noncompliance from auditors. Young engineers will learn very little and will not be afforded the opportunity to explore their knowledge and contribution.
