I don’t have any cons

When I started out in intake we had about 65 reps. Almost daily our managers sent out emails that certain reps were no longer with the company it went on like this for years until our staff dwindled down from 65 Intake Specialists to just 40. Also there were 4 original supervisors and when I resigned there was only one left. When you put in a PTO request it wasn’t approved until 2 days after the day you needed off. Managers were stressed and they passed that anxiety on to the intake Specialists. My own senior told me she was only giving the job a year because no one had ever trained her. There is no formal training for this role. They pretty much release you to the wolves. Sink or swim attitude. I’ve never been at a company that permitted its coworkers to treat one another so poorly. Morale is low. It is very hard to function here and get your work done on a daily basis.
