      Great place to work. Management sets up employee to succeed. Everybody seems to be happy. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      There is a disconnect between service and manufacturing. Always blaming one and another. Think one group is better than the other.

      San Jose Office to many not enough Managers

      Pros

      Benefits where good, time off. People that worked there not in management would pull together and help each other out. Team work.

      Cons

      Main office in PA, if needed a supervisor and team lead we had no one to call after 3pm pacific. Management in San Jose and Pittsburgh need to communicate more. Also the San Jose office needs to have more then one Supervisor with the knowledge of the claims that we where working on. Very hard to move up in company unless you are willing to move to Pittsburg
