Good leadership (The last bad apple left the company) Decent compensation and work - life balance. For me at least, there is always new things to learn and do. So work is always interesting. Company is expanding and professional growth for go getters is out there within the company. Leadership is always looking to promote from within. If this conflicts were others, it is also good to note that it depends on where you work within ZOLL and your experience can vary, but upper management have been taking notice and trying to steer the ship to improve company culture for the better

Cons

No cons, at least not anymore. We had one bad manager, but they have since retired and all is well.
