Just don’t. You’ve heard the rumors and theye all true. Hold out for something else unless you’re absolutely desperate and on the verge of personal bankruptcy. In that case take the job but keep actively searching. They have absolutely no value towards sales reps.

Horrible high level leadership. Always looking for a quick fix instead of a long term solution. Obscenely high turnover that they seem to be OK with. Senior leadership accepts zero blame, just passes it down the road to the next person. Not a long term destination. Comp plan was "fixed" but the goals placed upon the mechanism ended in the exact same result. No one is making anywhere close to "target comp".
