The company culture is highly hierarchical, and mid-level professionals often feel overlooked. Employees can easily feel like they’re viewed as numbers rather than individuals whose contributions matter. There is very little room for independent decision-making. The culture can feel overly controlling, with micromanagement extending to even minor tasks like email communication.
