      Pros

      1. Big learning curve, specially in initial days. 2. People are very supportive. 3. High salary compared to market with good benefits.

      Cons

      1. Very poor work life balance - average work was 12 hr.+ for me for a year. (Excludes travel to client location) 2. Zs has created an internal competitive environment, so you need to work a lot to get promotion.

      Pros

      - Great administrative team at the NYC office. - Great place for career-focused/workaholic personalities, you will be rightly rewarded. - No gender discrimination

      Cons

      (1) Great Employee Program in place (Volunteer programs, employee feedback loop) but just in the books. Zero work-life balance, it's just a race about doing promptly what pleases the client. Insurmountable work & impossible deadlines - forget having a life outside work. (2) Marketed as having a great culture & values but the only one culture around - get the work done no matter what it takes (sleepless nights, work on weekends, Professional Development coaching just on paper - no one's got time) (3) Less diversity & unclear/unfair rules about the employee benefits for CIG teams
