      -Very employee focused company -Almost all consultants are staffed, rarely put "on bench" -Diverse company with employees from varying backgrounds

      Cons

      -Biggest office is in Princeton (not great town for young people) -Very Pharma focused (little variety in client industries)

      Great benefits that are improved every year-- good maternity leave, great insurance Hrs are better than other consulting companies Teams are people oriented (depending on the team you get) but it's easy to move across teams as your interests change

      Cons

      Hour expectations increase as you get promoted to the point where I dont believe it's sustainable if you want to have time for your family
