      - Decent salary - People are cool - Great working environment and tools - Hybrid work model

      Cons

      - If you work for a company acquired by ZS adapting can be EXTREMELY difficult as their is no guidance :) - Company values don't seem to apply to company leadership especially "treat people right" - Limited benefits - Unclear career direction - Performance metrics are unclear - No real manager so kinda have to figure it out or drown - Consultancy so expected to ALWAYS go above and beyond - Work life balance is sometimes non-existent - Feels Caribbean offices not taken seriously

      + Interesting projects and able to take ownership of changes if you wanted

      Cons

      - Poor work life balance - was sold by the recruiter as one of the best in industry, turned out to be between 55-65 hrs per week, with overall poor benefit package. Some people work on the weekends too.. - Poor IT capabilities, no centralised knowledge management - Sub-par expense benefits: probably in-line with Tier 3 consulting given the price of projects (MBB and Tier 2 have better coverage for expenses)
