Pros
Lots of really smart, great people who can turn out to be really good friends as well. Generally a challenging environment where you were asked to learn a lot very quickly.
Cons
Pretty long hours and sometimes insensitive managers. Some of the most lucrative projects management can be really boring for the junior team members (e.g. incentive compensation administration, market research tracking reports)
