Pros
Great brainstorming sessions. Most of the work is good and use quite a lot of creativity. Rapid skill development, esp. powerpoint, excel, SAS, etc. Good work culture.
Cons
Salary a bit on the low side. Some projects are demanding in terms of time. However, the team based work environment helps a lot in getting energized at the end of the day. Lately, ZS has been recruiting without any boundaries and restrictions. In terms of opportunities, I think it is a good thing, however opposing view holds this as dilution.
