      Pros

      It is a competitive company to work for. Has in house expertise in Excel, SAS, VBA etc. Also, the learning is great for freshers

      Cons

      Now as the company is expanding, you run the risk of getting lost in the crowd. The work pressure can be unmanageable at times, work life balance may take a plunge

      Pros

      Superb co workers and several excellent Managers and consultants Occasional Client visits abroad Occasional challenging project which is different from the usual VBA coding and backend data handling

      Cons

      Terrible work life balance Crazy Work hours and some crazy managers, no uniformity in work allocated. All the boring work gets shipped overseas. Usually people end up working both the US and the Indian work hours!! Things are getting worse as the admin cuts costs in the Indian offices and shaves off several benefits.

      Pros

      Fun office culture Significant expertise within company Very flat - easy access to managing partners Great organizational learning tools and support from other consultants and principals

      Cons

      Very difficult to start at ZS with an MBA, especially in certain offices, because of the very specific and repetitive nature of the type of projects that are taken on; some managers highly prefer to work with consultants who worked their way up through the organization over consultants who started at the MBA level, which can make it difficult to get experience when things are slow; I HIGHLY RECOMMEND talking to people in a similar position at the office you are considering and trying to find some past employees as well
