      Pros

      Nice people, always growing. it seems they don't worry about their revenue since the clients always come back so the pressure is relatively low. The office is big, the cubic is big and they give you an IBM laptop which you can use at home, basically like a personal PC. Managers are nice about leave, or work from home, work in New York office if you plan something at night.

      Cons

      the exit options are limited since they are very good at what they do but also mostly only good at what they do. So if you don't like the work, there is no reason to stay. When people leave, most of them just go to clients to do the same thing.

      Supportive, team-oriented culture Laid-back work environment conducive to developing new ideas Talented, dedicated co-workers Positive client relationships Large, essentially managerial level of responsibility for a consultant Wonderful to be immersed in a community of so much pharma sales and marketing expertise Good compensation Solid competency model for career development

      Poor work-life balance; very long nights, vacations are not vacations Insufficient manpower; people have been stretched thin for a while with some employees stepping up better than others Heavier focus on operational than strategic projects reduces intellectual stimulation Compensation structure does not sufficiently reward higher performers Multi-project, multi-manager staffing model creates confusion and high stress at times; this may not be the best model to guarantee the highest quality (which is part of our value prop) Multi-client model may create awkward situations when the client thinks you're dedicated to them but you have 2 other client engagements to juggle

      Good finishing school, but too niche!

      - Good learning on hardcore analysis and presentation skills.

      Cons

      Work's very repetitive after you have done it once. Compensation not commensurate with amount of time you have to put in. Review process is completely messed up!
