      Intelligent people for a certainty - if you call "book smart" people intelligent

      Cons

      Poorly managed Not set up for success Insufficient tools to perform job Expectations of performance not based in reality The word " hypocritical" comes to mind - preach how much they care about the employee mentoring, training, coaching etc, etc and will fire you without ever applying one iota of their cool aid.

      Great company culture Senior management generally respects associates time and needs decent pay + benefits

      Cons

      the type of work you do is mostly "bi*ch work" as you mostly do work that the pharma clients are too incompetent to do themselves. ZS considers itself to be a consulting firm but in reality I would venture that at most 10-20% of the projects could actually be considered consulting projects; the rest are just grunt work

      Pros

      co-workers had a great relationship with each other and there were lots of social activities that helped everyone interact and get to know one another. I loved the free snacks and lots of free meals really helped at work. people were generally friendly.

      Cons

      HR people were not very friendly and you had to run after them to get stuff done sometimes begrudgingly. As a new person, I was made to feel welcome on the first day and then forgotten about. there was no guidance or leadership after the initial welcoming. I was constantly shuffled around from desk to desk every week as they did not have a permanent place for me due to renovations and seats being moved around. This made it hard for me to get to know people.
