ZS is one of the few firms that offers a exponential growth path in your professional journey- if you are able to match the speed of the firm and can create an impact. Couple of things that have made me stick with ZS is- transparency, people, culture, quality of work and growth trajectory.

Cons

ZS is not deep into Strategic consulting, hence if you are looking for that ZS might not be the firm of choice.

Pharmaceutical consulting niche and not much relevant at other consulting firms, though expanding across outside pharma portfolios Too much workload due to multiple responsibility on single person High resource utilization due to tight deadline, leading to no bandwidth for buffers and human errors
