      Good money and benefits. Met some nice people.

      Cons

      This place really sucks. Outdated systems. One of those “this is how we do things around here and we aren’t changing” places. There aren’t really processes for things, and the hours suck too because of the offshore teams. The HR department is a mess. I didn’t enjoy working here and wouldn’t recommend it. Take the offer if you have to and then move on

      -A lot of exposure -Innovative and fast paced environment that is energizing -Plenty of autonomy -Great benefits -Ever evolving landscape in healthcare and beyond

      Cons

      -Long and exhausting hours and days -Not a lot of celebration and recognition for work -I don't think my boss does anything, lacks fundamental knowledge in the space, and is the worst manager/leader I have encountered in my career by a landslide.
