• Couple bad consultants that really leveled out my experience at the firm. Upper management also seemed to be aware of the problem, but chose to do nothing about it. For example, my direct consultant was well documented as causing 3 employees to leave, which was stated in their exit interviews; she also had two HR complaints filed against her for consistent mistreatment. • Long/weird hours if you manage an offshore team as timezones are flip-flopped. This oftentimes led to late nights and early mornings. • Can't speak for other spaces, but it seemed that upper management for my space didn't care too much about maximizing people's skills and backgrounds, but would instead just place them where there was a need. For example, a PhD hire consistently pleaded to be placed on projects that had need, but they would always put him somewhere where he couldn't leverage his background. For the first few months, he was simply left with the responsibility of refreshing decks. He obviously left the company before a year. • Unfair pay (15% delta) for a specific track even though the work is exactly the same as other tracks.

-obvs long hours with consulting -offshore model - regular late night and early morning calls so u never really get off work -despite trying to have a good social culture, the work also supersedes opportunity to socialize and learn
