      However, over time, I observed significant challenges with management and HR processes. Promotions and performance recognition often seem influenced by internal politics rather than objective work performance. Upward reviews and feedback mechanisms are frequently not acted upon, and favoritism can affect career growth. Attempts to raise concerns through 1:1s or formal channels sometimes do not lead to resolution, leaving employees feeling unsupported. While many colleagues gain valuable technical and client experience, the lack of transparent review practices and perceived prioritization of office politics over merit can negatively impact long-term career progression.
