      Pros

      Salary is decent, and the benefits are good

      Cons

      Worst work culture, management is myopic. In my experience, I found it lacking that the managers weren't aware of the vision of the company. Sincere lack of diversity also adds to the sad condition of the work culture. Growth opportunities are minimal, and prime focus to the healthcare industry makes future prospects fairly concentrated.

      Some Great / Some Bad

      - Really nice people/leadership - Great health insurance - Lots of company activities and social events (even online)

      Cons

      - Very long hours - You are very close with your team in India which really makes a difference since the closer a team is the better the output but that means there's a lot of early morning calls or night calls. If you are on the west coast it is not uncommon to have night calls every night (Sunday night through Thursday night)

      People, culture, projects - PAMs don't mind leaving dead bodies to satisfy clients. They do not take care of their own people.
