Business Outlook
Pros
Great teams of knowledgeable and hard working people, great benefits and great salary pay. If you perform above average and show ownership for your projects and deliver to customer and owned tasks, you will get rewarded with raises and bonuses.
Cons
Very poor work-life balance, and little to no chance for growth. Newer high level Managers only care about themselves and not their actual direct reports and how their extreme hard work makes the company be very profitable. Some of them say I would say they are biased when giving promotion. The “people first” culture has gone down the drain as the years passed unfortunately.
