Boss will not hesitate to accuse you of wrongdoing and try to set you up to out yourself before even attempting to get your side of the story. You will be expected to work outside of working hours by paying attention to your phone for unpaid teams reading and unpaid email reading.

-You will be overloaded with work. -Some people have no clue what they're doing and makes your work much harder. -Change is hard and takes forever when everyone loves the old days. -Not many skilled workers as people either come from temp agencies or just new fresh people. -Management at times can be on power trips. They don't let you leave the team for other teams when an opportunity comes up and you tend to stand still. They sometimes have no clue what they're doing and jump to conclusions. -Low starting salary and a 9-6 job with no wfh benefits. -Useless meetings and pointless emails sometimes.
