Pros
People are generally nice. Company is expanding really fast.
Cons
A typical Chinese run company. Management is very political and departments are very divided. The pay is extremely low, but tons of workload. The environment is very stressful - distrust workers. No opportunity or career growth. They tend to hire mangers from outside. There are people who have worked there for more than 10 years and still in the same position. No company culture or event what so ever.
