It's great to work for a company that encourages curiosity, creativity and innovation. Learning and professional growth is always encouraged and supported here. The culture is great; people are collaborative, supportive and friendly. We get catered lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays which is always awesome, and we have a beautiful outside area where we can eat lunch, hang out, or just enjoy the amazing view of San Francisco and the Bay Bridge. Flexible work hours and respect for people's work-life balance make working here even more productive and rewarding.
Cons
Some procedures tied to Realogy and tend to be a bit slow and dated, however this has been changing. No stocked kitchen with a variety of snacks and drinks, which might be even better and healthier since we get lunch two times per week. Comp and benefits are pretty standard.
